All service plans include managed Anti-Virus software and malware control software pre-installed. As well as, managed OS security updates and setting up standard browser security features. 

Reaching an engineer during business hours is very important to our company’s productivity. How do we contact your help desk and what is the expected response time?

logic-IT has a live answer help desk during business hours, Monday -Friday. We also have an on call IT support staff and after hours emergencies staff. We have qualified people answering the phone who can provide assistance to most any IT issues!

Through our remote management and monitoring (RMM) system, we get updates from computer performance on servers and networking gear. Any alerts that go beyond standard thresholds generate tickets that our service team responds to. The action may be to make appropriate adjustments, or follow-up with repair or replacement of components that are showing wear or end of life. Either way, we monitor your technology and maintain connectivity and security to keep your business productive.

Do you assign a dedicated technical resource that is responsible for managing our IT infrastructure?

logic-IT will assign a primary Account Manager to review your technology infrastructure. We give you support service reports, as well as work with you to build a roadmap for IT growth and lifecycle.

Is there a long term commitment?

Our partnerships are 12 month agreements with 30 and 60 day cure and adjustment clauses. We will not lock any unhappy client into services that do not meet their requirements.

How long does it take to get logic-IT started in my organization?

In most cases it takes less than 2 weeks from the agreement sign up, to onboarding. We provide the tools and integration of security and backup/DR solutions. Larger environments (50-100s of users and stations) may require additional planning. We work quickly to bring you on board and get your IT systems fully integrated with the new plan.
